Milk - 1 1/4 cups
salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp (optional)
Flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cooked ham - 1/2 cup (finely diced) (optional)
Method:
Eggs - 6
Milk - 1 1/4 cups
salt - 1 tsp

Method:
- Beat eggs until light.
- Measure milk into 2 cup measure.
- Add salt,sugar, and flour; mix with eggs.
- Add ham; pour into buttered baking dish.
- Bake at 425 F 25 minutes or until center is firm.
