Ingredients:
Dry Red chillies - 150 gms
Channa dal -150 gms
Urad dal - 200 gms
Coriander seeds - 100 gms
Peppercorns - 50 gms
Cinnamon - 10
Cloves - 50
Dry coconut - 2 pieces
Fenugreek seeds - 2 tsp
Method:
Dry Red chillies - 150 gms

Method:
- Dry roast the ingredients till aroma comes.
- Let it cool and grind to make powder.
- Store in airtight container.
