Ingredients:
Lamb kidneys- 4 (fat removed, well rinsed and ground)
Bread crumbs- 4 tbsp
Chopped parsley- 1 tbsp
Lamb scallopini- 4
Melted butter- 3 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Method:

Method:
- Preheat barbecue at medium.
- Mix ground kidneys,breadcrumbs,parsley and pepper together.
- Spread over lamb, roll and secure with toothpicks.
- Baste rolls with melted butter and season generously.
- Place on hot grill and cook 13 to 15 min depending on taste. Turn often and season once more.
- Serve with julienne vegetables.
