CARROT SALAD

Ingredients:
Carrots - 3-4
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Wash and scrap the carrots. Grate coarsely and toss in a bowl with salt.
  • Heat the oil in a small pan, add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Pour over the carrots.
  • Sprinkle in the lime juice and toss all together. 
  • Serve at a room temperature.

కావలిసిన వస్తువులు:
కారట్ - 3-4
ఉప్పు - 1/2 tsp 
నిమ్మ రసం - 1 tsp 
నూనె - 1 tbsp 
ఆవాలు - 1 tsp 

తయారీ:

  • కారట్ ను చెక్కు తీసి తురుముకోవాలి. అందులో ఉప్పు వేసి బాగా కలుపుకోవాలి. 
  • నూనె వేడి చేసి ఆవాలు వేసి వాటిని వేగనివ్వాలి. 
  • వేగిన తరువాత సలాడ్ మీద పొయ్యాలి. 
  • నిమ్మ రసం కూడా వేసి బాగా కలిపి సర్వ్ చెయ్యాలి
