Ingredients:
Butter - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Egg - 1
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Ground cinnamon - 1 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Pecans - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Method:
Butter - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Cream butter; add sugar gradually, creaming thoroughly. Add egg and beat until fluffy.
- Sift flour,cinnamon and salt together. Add to creamed mixture and mix until blended.Stir i pecans.
- Turn into a greased 8*8*2" baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
- Cut into small bars while still warm; coat with confectioners' sugar.
