SKILLET CABBAGE

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Cabbage - 3 cups (finely shredded)
Celery - 1 cup (chopped)
Small green pepper - 1 (chopped)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Method:

  • Heat oil in large frying pan, add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook over medium to low heat about 15 minutes; stir often.
  • Cover pan during last 5 minutes of cooking time; stir once or twice.
  • Serve immediately. (vegetables will be crisp)
