Vinaigrette - 150 m
Tomatoes - 2 (skinned, seeded and chopped)
Method:

Method:
- Boil cauliflower florets with rosemary. Drain and keep aside.
- Put the cauliflower florets into a salad bowl and toss with the vinaigrette dressing and tomatoes.
- Serve hot or cold.
