WELSH RABBIT

Ingredients:
Cheddar cheese - 225 gms (shredded)
Milk - 1/4 cup
Dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Stir over the lowest possible heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Spoon onto buttered toast and serve.
