BUTTER PANEER

Ingredients:
Paneer - 300 g (cut into cubes)
Butter - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Tomato puree - 3 tbsp
Red chilli - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt

Method:


  • Heat the ghee and fry the paneer cubes till it is light brown.
  • Mix in the spices and the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add the butter and simmer for 2-3 minutes more. 
  • Serve hot with hyderabadi biryani.

బట్టర్ పన్నీర్ 

కావలిసిన వస్తువులు:
వెన్న - 1/2 కప్ 
నెయ్యి - 2 tbsp 
పన్నీరు  - 300 గ్రా 
టమాటో ప్యూరీ  - 3 tbsp 
కారం - 1 tsp 
జీలకర్ర పొడి - 1 tsp 
ఉప్పు 

తయారీ:
  • బాణలిలో నెయ్యి వేడి చేసి పనీర్ ముక్కలు ఎర్రగా వేయించి అందులో ఉప్పు, కారం, జీలకర్ర పొడి, టమాటో ప్యూరీ వేసి బాగా కలిపి 2-3 ని లు వేయుంచుకోవాలి. 
  • అందులో వెన్న వేసి 2-3 ని లు సన్నని సెగ మీద వేయించాలి. 
  • ఇది హైదెరాబాదీ బిర్యానీ తో వడ్డించుకోవాలి.
