Ingredients:
Yeast pizza dough - 1
Ricotta (or) Curd cheese - 225 g
Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp (grated)
Egg - 1 (beaten)
Ham - 50 g (cooked and diced)
Salt
Pepper
Method:

Method:
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to one large or two smaller rounds about 1 cm/1/2 inch thick. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and push up the edges of the round(s) to make a rim.
- Beat together the cheeses with the egg, then mix in the ham and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the dough. Leave to rise in a warm place for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook in a preheated moderately hot oven (200 C/400 F, Gas Mark 6) for 30 to 35 minutes.
