CHINESE TURNIP SALAD

Ingredients:
Turnips parboiled - 4
Spring onions - 2 (sliced)
Chilli soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Shred turnips, thinly, add salt, cover with chilled water for 1 hour and rinse.
  • Mix all seasonings together in a bowl. 
  • Place onions and turnip in bowl and pour in dressing mixture. Toss well, chill before serving.
