Ingredients:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Vegetable stock - 1/2 cup
Sour cream - 1/2 cup
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Flour - 2 tbsp
Nutmeg powder - pinch
Salt to taste
Method:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Vegetable stock - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Add flour mixed with seasonings to melted butter. Stir well and gradually add hot vegetable stock.
- Allow to thicken before adding the cream. Serve hot.
