NIMMAKAYA KARAM

Ingredients:
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds - /2 tsp  
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - /2 tsp 
Red chillies - 8-10
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp or as per taste
Oil - 2 tsp

Method:

  • Heat the oil and fry all the ingredients except salt and lemon juice.
  • Let it cool and grind to make powder.
  • Add salt and lemon juice.
  • Serve with Idli or dosa.

నిమ్మకాయ కారం 
కావలిసిన వస్తువులు:
మినప పప్పు - 1 tbsp 
సెనగ పప్పు - 1 tbsp 
మెంతులు - 1/2 tsp  
ఆవాలు - 1 tsp 
జీలకర్ర - 1/2 tsp 
ఎండు మిర్చి -8-10
ఉప్పు 
నిమ్మ రసం- 2 tbsp సరిపడా 
నూనె - 2 tsp 

తయారీ:
  • బాణలిలో నూనె వేడి చేసి అన్ని వస్తువులు ఉప్పు, నిమ్మ రసం కాకుండా వేయుంచుకోవాలి. 
  • అవి చల్లారిన తరువాత పొడి కొట్టుకొని ఉప్పు, నిమ్మరసం కలుపుకోవాలి . 
  • ఇవి ఇడ్లి, దోశ లోకి బాగుంటుంది.
