Ingredients:
Paneer - 400 g (cut into cubes)
Tandoori masala - 7-8 tsp
Whipped curd - 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Method:
Paneer tikkas from North India, when rolled in appams with onion rings and chopped chillies are a treat.

Method:
- Marinate the paneer in curd and ginger-garlic paste and the tandoori masala. Keep aside for one hour.
- Put on skewers and cook in tandoori grill or an oven. Sprinkle with oil from time to time.
- Serve, rolled in appams with onion rings.
