SALTED ALMONDS

Ingredients:
Almonds - 225 gms (blanched)
Salt
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:

  •  Heat the oil in large frying pan,
  • Add the almonds and fry, turning them frequently, until golden brown. 
  • Remove and spread on kitchen paper towels.
  • Toss the almonds in salt while they are still warm.
