MALAYSIAN SALAD BOWL

Ingredients:
Lettuce- 1 (cut into bite sized pieces)
White onion - 2 (fine rings)
Cucumber- 1 (peeled, halved, seeds removed and thinly sliced)
Bean curd- 4 squares (deep fried)
Eggs - 2 (hard cooked and quartered)
Tomatoes - 2 (cut into wedges)
Saratoga potatoes

Dressing:
Oil - 3 tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Soy sauce- 2 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Chilli sauce-1 tsp
Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Combine salad ingredients.
  • Combine dressing ingredients and toss through salad just before serving.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled saratoga potatoes.
