JAJIK (CUCUMBER SALAD)

Ingredients:
Cucumbers -2
Yoghurt - 1 cup (whipped)
Olive oil -1 tbsp
salt and pepper to taste
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)


Method:

  • Peel and cut the cucumber into cubes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix in the curd and olive oil.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
