Ingredients:
Cauliflower -1
Ginger - small piece (sliced)
Green chillies -2 (chopped)\Salt to taste
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Lime juice - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
Cauliflower -1

Method:
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Heat oil, fry ginger and chilli pieces.
- Add cauliflower florets and all the masalas.
- Cover and cook till it is tender. When it is done, add lime juice and mix well.
- Serve with rice or roti.
