EASY SOUR CREAM CAKE

Ingredients:
Butter- 1/4 pound (softened)
Sugar - 1 cup
Eggs -2
Sifted cake flour -2 cups
Sour cream -1 cup
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp

Method:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Grease 8" square cake pan.
• In large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together until well blended.
• pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
• Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes. then turn out onto rack and cool completely before serving.
