Ingredients:
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Grated jaggery - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Grated jaggery - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Cook grated carrot and jaggery in thick bottom vessel in low flame.
- Stir occasionally until carrot is soft.
- Slowly add ghee and cook till it leaves the sides.
- Transfer to greased plate and cut into pieces.
