Ingredients:

- Heat vinegar to boiling point.
- Add cleaned, chopped dry red chillies and pour into bottle.
- Shake the bottle daily for 2 weeks.
- Strain the vinegar and discard the chillies.
- Fill up in clean sterilized bottles and close the lid tightly.
