Ingredients:
Fresh mushrooms - 125 gms (sliced)
Butter
Celery - 1 cup (diagonally sliced)
green onions - 1 cup (finely slivered)
Fresh bean sprouts - 3 cups
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Beef bouillon cube - 1
Method:
Fresh mushrooms - 125 gms (sliced)

Beef bouillon cube - 1
Method:
- Saute mushrooms lightly in butter. Add celery and onions; cook 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add bean sprouts and soy sauce.
- Crumble bouillon cube over all; cover.
- Cook for 2 minutes. Be careful not to overcook; vegetables should still be crisp.
- Stir well.
