Ingredients:
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
Blueberries - 1 cup
Shredded lemon peel - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream
Small cantaloupes - 2 (halved and seeds removed)
Method:
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cornstarch - 1 tbsp

Method:
- Blend sugar, cornstarch and dash salt in saucepan. Stir in 1/2 cup water.
- Cook stirring constantly till mixture boils.
- Add berries, Return to boiling and boil one minute.
- Add lemon peel and juice.
- Serve warm over scoop of ice cream in cantaloupe halves.
