CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE

Ingredients:
Link sausage - 1/2 pound
Chicken - 2-3 pounds (cut into pieces)
Onion - 1 (minced)
Tomatoes - 2 cups (drained)
Water - 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Brown the sausage in cooker; pour off excess fat. Set sausages aside.
  • Brown the chicken in 2 tablespoons of sausage fat.
  • Add onions, tomatoes, water, and sausage.
  • Close cover securely and put pressure and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to drop normally.
  • Enjoy the delicious combination of chicken and sausage.
