FRIED ZUCCHINI

Ingredients:
Zucchini 
Salt
Flour for dusting
Oil for frying

Method:

  • Cut the unpeeled zucchini into small strips.
  • Put them in a colander, sprinkle with salt and leave for about an hour to drain.
  • Shake them in a cloth with flour and a little salt and then fry for about 3 minutes in deep oil.
  • Drain well on soft paper and serve at once.
