Ingredients:
Spinach - 2 bunches
Potatoes - 2
Green chillies - 4
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
Spinach - 2 bunches

Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Wash and chop the spinach and boil them along with green chillies for few minutes. Cool and grind to make puree.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Heat the oil in pan; add cumin seeds, cinnamon and curry leaves and allow them to fry.
- Then add potato cubes, ginger garlic paste and fry them till potatoes are half done.
- Add spinach puree, salt, turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder.
- Cover and cook till the gravy is little thick.
- Serve with rice or roti.
