Ingredients:
Beetroots - 1/2 kg
Milk- 1 litre
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Cashew - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 2 tbsp
Method:
Beetroots - 1/2 kg
Milk- 1 litre
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup

Method:
- Peel and grate the fresh beetroots.
- Boil milk in heavy pan. Add grated beetroot to the milk and cook in low flame.
- Stir occasionally until the beetroot is soft and the liquid is almost absorbed.
- Then add sugar and 1/2 of the ghee and stir all the time for few minutes.
- Then add remaining ghee and stir till the water is completely dried off.
- Lastly add chopped nuts.
- Serve hot or cold.
