Oranges -4
Grapefruits - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Orange flower water - 1/2 glass
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Black olives
Olive oil
White and black sesame seeds
Spring onion


  • peel the oranges and grapefruit and warm the tomatoes.
  • Slice one orange to decorate and finely chop the other three.
  • Do the same with the grapefruit and tomatoes.
  • Mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and add the lemon juice and the orange flower water.
  • Then add olives, sprinkles with ground cinnamon and leave to marinate for fifteen minutes.
  • Before serving the salad, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
