Ingredients:
Large Chinese cabbage - 1
Spinach - 250 gms
Spring greens - 125 gms
Oil - 2 tbsp
Spring onions - 4 (chopped)
Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Dry sherry - 2 tsp
Frozen peeled prawns - 50 gms (thawed)
Method:
Large Chinese cabbage - 1
Spinach - 250 gms
Spring greens - 125 gms

Method:
- Cut the cabbage into 2" slices. Chop the spinach and greens.
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the spring onions and stir fry for one miute.
- Add the cabbage, spinach, greens and stir over a medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Pour over the soy sauce and sherry and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the prawns and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
