Ingredients:
Large potatoes - 4
Carrot - 1 (peeled and grated)
Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Poppy seeds - 2 tsp (roasted)
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 2 cups
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Large potatoes - 4

Method:
- Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Add other ingredients to the mashed potatoes except the bread crumbs.
- Take portion of the mixture and make it round flat cutlet. Do the same with remaining mixture.
- Roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with green chutney.
