Ingredients:
Green gram dal - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Green gram dal - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Dry roast the green gram dal till aroma comes.
- Cool and grind to make powder finely.
- In a mixing bowl, put gram flour, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and hot melted ghee.
- Mix until well blended. Take portions of the mixture and shape into round laddus.
- Serve/ store in airtight container up to one week.
