Green peppers - 4
Lean pork - 500 gms (cooked and minced)
Garlic clove - 1
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Sherry - 1 tbsp


  • Wash and core the peppers; keeping them whole, remove the seeds.
  • Put peppers in a large pan, cover with cold water, bring to the boil and drain.
  • Mix the pork, crushed garlic, soy sauce, corn flour and sherry together until blended.
  • Fill the peppers with the pork mixture.
  • Place in a greased dish, cover and steam for 30 minutes.
