Ingredients:
Khus sticks - few
Sugar - 4 cups
Citric acid - 1 level tsp
Green clour - 1 tsp
Khus essence - 1 tsp
Method:

Method:
- Soak the khus sticks in water for 2 hours.
- Boil them till soft, remove from fire. Sieve through muslin cloth.
- Measure 3 cups of this water and add sugar to to it.
- Bring to boil to make a syrup of one thread consistency.
- Add citric acid and remove from flame after 2-3 minutes.
- When cool, add colour and essence.
- Store in dry bottle.
