Ingredients:
Prawns - 500 gms
Spring onions - 2
Egg -1
Corn flour - 5 tbsp
Milk - 250 ml
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Deep fat for frying
Method:
Prawns - 500 gms

Corn flour - 5 tbsp

Method:
- Mince (grind) the prawns twice; chop the spring onions finely.
- Add both to the egg and corn flour; mix to a smooth paste, then gradually beat in the milk. Add salt.
- Drop tablespoons of the mixture in to the hot fat and fry for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
- Drain and serve hot
