Ingredients:
Fresh Kokums - 100 gms (round and red)
Big lime juice of one
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron essence - few drops
Sugar to taste
Crushed ice
Method:
- Mash the kokums to a fine pulp and strain out the juice through a cloth.
- Stir in 2 glasses of iced water along with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve chilled.
