PASTA CON FUNGHI

 Ingredients:

Penne pasta - 250 gms

White sauce - 100 gms

Cream - 50 gms

Garlic - 1/2 tsp (chopped)

Pepper - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Olive oil

For Garnishing:

Corn


Method:

  • Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the packet. Drain and keep aside.
  • Heat olive oil in pan; add chopped garlic and saute for few seconds.
  • Add white sauce and bring it to boil then add boiled pasta and remaining ingredients.
  • Stir well.
  • Serve garnished with corn.
